TVmaze episode titles
Give TV episodes their proper titles with metadata from TVmaze.
Overview
Looks up episode titles using a series ID, or the exact series name and start year, and a season and episode number. Results retain a link crediting TVmaze.
Ambiguous matches are left for the player to resolve. Combined episodes and absolute episode numbering are not supported.
Getting started
Included and enabled in a new Hakone profile. No API key is needed. Manage the provider in Extensions.
Permissions
- Read the media identity and episode information supplied by the player.
- Make GET requests to api.tvmaze.com through the player.
The package has no direct file access and requires an internet connection for lookups.
